About the Practical Test
What is it?
The practical driving test is "the test" It's the test you take in which you will need to demonstrate to the instructor your ability to drive and handle a car safely, and that you know the Highway Code and can demonstrate this through your driving.
What will happen?
Before you even take the test, Mo will ensure that you are completely ready to take it. He won't ever rush you into taking a test, as if you aren't ready and you fail it's not only a waste of time for you and the people involved, but it's a waste of your money too! If you are taking regular driving lessons, you will spend a lot of time preparing for the test and practising the manoeuvres you will need to be able to perform in order to pass the test.
During the test
The test will last approximately 40 minutes and you will be tested by an independent driving instructor who will judge your skills and ability on various aspects of driving. You will be asked to perform several manoeuvres (for example, the emergency stop) and to demonstrate knowledge of the Highway Code. With quality instruction from Pilot Driving Tuition you have a great chance of passing first time, and you will receive your test pass certificate there and then when you pass!
